Job Description
Job title: Creative Team Assistant Role Summary: Support a global creative studio’s day‑to‑day operations and contribute to creative deliverables. Manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist in content creation while maintaining high organizational standards. Expactations: - Junior‑level role suitable for candidates with prior assistant experience in media, marketing, or creative settings. - Demonstrate proactive, collaborative, and adaptive behaviour in a fast‑paced environment. - Show willingness to learn and take on creative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Inbox and calendar management for the creative team. - Prepare meeting logistics, research, and supporting materials. - Coordinate internal project timelines and external travel bookings. - Assist with early‑stage idea development: sketching, rendering, mood boards. - Create asset decks in Google Slides. - Schedule and publish social media content; design visually engaging posts. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Procreate) and video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects). - Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization abilities. - Comfortable in a collaborative, fast‑moving workplace. - Interest and enthusiasm for creative processes. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a high‑school graduation or equivalent. - Additional coursework or certification in graphic design, digital media, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
