Team Assistant

£25K - £30K

5 days onsite - Office based in London

We are hiring for a London–based creative studio working with clients around the world on diverse projects and campaigns. We’re looking for a motivated Creative Assistant / Team Admin who can support the studio’s day-to-day operations while also contributing creatively. As well as being operationally excellent, you will have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Photoshop, Procreate or similar and experience with Premiere, After Effects or any project management tools.

Team Assistant:

Inbox management
Organising and preparing for meetings - you'll love research and going the extra mile with prep
Managing calendars and internal project timelines
Booking travel

Creative Admin:

Researching and developing early-stage ideas
Creating assets such as sketches, renders, and mood boards
Building decks using Google Slides

Social media responsibilities:

Scheduling content for socials
Creating eyecatching content

What You Bring

Experience as an assistant within media, marketing, or creative industries. This is a junior role, and would suit someone who has some previous office experience.
Organised, proactive, collaborative approach
Passion for the creative world
Ability to adapt and prioritise within a fast-paced environment
Strong time-management skills
Willingness to learn
