**Job Title:** Technical Architect – Dynamics 365 (Part‑Time)
**Role Summary:**
Senior technology leader responsible for designing, building, and guiding enterprise‑wide solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain), Power Platform, Azure, and related integrations. Drives Agile and DevOps practices, mentors development teams, and ensures high‑quality, secure, and scalable delivery for a major enterprise client on a flexible part‑time schedule.
**Expactations:**
- Provide strategic technical direction and architecture for digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead and upskill both client‑side and partner development teams.
- Establish and continuously improve Agile, Scrum/Kanban, and CI/CD processes.
- Deliver solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
- Design integration patterns with Power Platform, Azure services, ISVs, and third‑party applications.
- Oversee data migration, automation, and analytics using Dataverse, Power BI, and Fabric.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Define test, security, and compliance frameworks; monitor system performance.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track KPIs, and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote a collaborative culture.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain modules.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.).
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps (CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud deployments, and integration patterns.
- Proven ability in data migration, analytics, and automation (Dataverse, Power BI, Fabric).
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO), and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (optional) and at least one of the following advanced certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus.
