Lead Technical Consultant, Integration
Employment Type: Full-time | Location: Remote/Hybrid | Pay Rate: $45/hr + benefits
Our client, a nationwide managed services and consulting leader, is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant, Integration to architect, implement, and optimize integrations across enterprise Microsoft ecosystems. You'll be a key player in ensuring seamless connectivity between Dynamics AX/F&SCM, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure services, and external platforms--driving efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation for Fortune-level customers.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll own integration strategy, guide technical teams, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that make systems talk.

What You'll Do
Design & lead: Architect secure, scalable integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
Bridge systems: Ensure seamless integrations between Dynamics AX/F&SCM Finance modules, Dynamics 365 applications, and external platforms.
Guide projects: Manage the full lifecycle--planning, execution, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
Set standards: Establish and enforce integration best practices for performance, security, and compliance.
Collaborate widely: Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver integration success.
Mentor & support: Provide guidance to junior specialists while leading by example.
Innovate continuously: Explore new integration technologies, APIs, and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring
Extensive experience in enterprise-scale integrations, especially with Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&SCM and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) or comparable tools.
Strong technical skills in API design, ETL processes, and secure data flows.
A proven record of leading integration projects through the full lifecycle.
Knowledge of compliance, security, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
