**Job Title:** Human Resource Intern Mentee **Role Summary:** An entry‑level, remote internship/mentorship focused on building hands‑on HR expertise. The candidate works directly with the CEO to handle full recruitment cycles, onboarding, HR documentation, and cross‑department coordination while developing core HR policies and training materials. **Expectations:** - Receive weekly one‑on‑one coaching and strategy calls with the CEO and business coach. - Participate in all HR processes from sourcing to onboarding, and contribute to SOP development. - Access to a certification of completion and support for portfolio development. - Flexible, unpaid program with a clear focus on practical HR skill acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. - Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records. - Support onboarding of new hires, including orientation coordination and training material preparation. - Help develop HR policies, SOPs, and training modules. - Act as liaison between departments to coordinate communication and workflow. - Handle candidate and internal communications via email and digital platforms. - Assist in weekly planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational, proactive, and responsible mindset. - Passion for people, HR, and operational systems. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate, follow‑up, and manage time effectively. - Comfortable using Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools. - Quick learner with a drive for professional growth. - Professional demeanor and reliable communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or higher; current enrollment or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - No prior HR certification required; a certificate of completion will be awarded upon program completion.
