What You Will Learn & Do (Hands-On Experience) Human Resources (HR) Tasks
Assist with end-to-end recruitment
Screen resumes, shortlist applicants & schedule interviews
Conduct initial candidate assessments
Manage HR documentation & maintain records
Support onboarding of new team members
Help develop HR policies, SOPs & training material
Coordinate communication between departments
Handle candidate emails & communication
Communicate with team members across multiple departments
Assist with weekly planning, reporting, and process updates
