**Job Title**: Marketing & Creative Operations Manager
**Role Summary**
Oversee and streamline marketing and creative workflows to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of assets and campaigns across digital and print channels. Acts as the central point for cross‑functional coordination, aligning project scopes, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
**Expectations**
- Deliver all marketing and creative assets on schedule and in the required formats.
- Maintain clear, end‑to‑end visibility on project status for all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, anticipating and mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
- Operate independently, making confident decisions while collaborating effectively with Brand, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and resources to increase efficiency and impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, document, and optimize end‑to‑end marketing and creative workflows, including critical paths and approval gates.
- Prepare, scope, and manage traffic briefs aligned with budgets, resources, and deadlines.
- Lead kick‑off meetings and cross‑functional collaboration sessions to set clear objectives and ownership.
- Own weekly project reviews, setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring momentum.
- Align creative output with the broader business calendar and channel strategy, coordinating with Content and Marketing leads.
- Manage campaign execution in partnership with Brand and Content teams, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Source, onboard, and manage freelance and contract creative talent as needed.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey status, timelines, and deliverables.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in cross‑functional project and workflow management within marketing or creative teams.
- Strong understanding of digital and print design production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Resourceful problem‑solver who optimizes existing tools and processes.
- Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Project management or marketing certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
