About the role

Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for driving transformation and operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Strategic Initiatives to work directly with our CEO, turning vision into reality and leading cross-functional change across the business.

This is a pivotal leadership position focused on enabling the efficient execution of our business strategy, operational priorities, and transformation initiatives. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable impact across the organisation.

What you’ll do

Year 1 Priorities:

Lead strategic planning and implementation across teams
Drive operational reviews to improve efficiency and speed-to-market
Champion change management and internal communications
Partner on technology and AI integration to enhance performance
Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement

Ongoing Responsibilities:

Shape company strategy with the CEO and SLT
Oversee key strategic projects and initiatives
Identify and solve operational challenges
Represent the CEO in meetings and communications
Support organisational development and culture initiatives

What you’ll bring

5+ years in senior strategic, operational, or transformation roles
Proven success in cross-functional change leadership
Experience implementing digital tools and partnering with tech teams
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Analytical, data-driven, and commercially astute

Bonus if you have

Experience in scale-up or fast-growth environments
Familiarity with AI in creative or commercial settings
Background in fashion, retail, or creative industries
