Job Description
**Job title:** Business Development Representative (Remote‑Canada) **Role Summary:** Drive company growth by generating high‑quality sales opportunities. Acts as the first point of contact for prospects, building trust, presenting Doxim’s value proposition, and qualifying leads for the internal sales team. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly qualified‑lead quotas. - Construct and maintain a clear career development plan with management. - Continuously experiment with new prospecting tactics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings. - Partner with Sales Executives to develop and execute account strategy plans. - Build trusted advisor relationships by effectively communicating value and industry outcomes. - Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to assess lead quality and provide feedback on campaigns. - Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance to stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (experience with regulated industries is a plus). - Strong written and oral communication; persuasive presentation skills. - Proficiency in using sales tools (CRM, email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions. - Team orientation and willingness to experiment with new prospecting methods. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Sales certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Inbound, or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
