Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Drive new business growth in the office coffee, bars, and restaurant market by prospecting, cold‑calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Manage the full sales cycle—lead generation, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and closure—while collaborating with marketing and training teams to support client onboarding and education on liquid coffee trends. **Expectations:** - 1+ year of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals. - Ability to develop and maintain a robust book of business within a defined territory. - Proficiency with CRM and lead‑generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo). - Application of value‑based selling frameworks such as MEDDIC. - Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel across the assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate new business opportunities through cold‑calls, walk‑ins, warm leads, and existing contacts. - Manage and prioritize a funnel of prospective accounts, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion. - Deliver product education and demos to potential customers, establishing yourself as the subject‑matter expert. - Coordinate training and marketing support for new and existing client accounts. - Stay informed on liquid coffee and specialty beverage market trends to advise customers and differentiate the solution. - Set and pursue sales goals, track progress, and close deals in line with quota targets. **Required Skills:** - Strong relationship‑building and collaborative mindset. - Analytical thinking and proactive problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Sales, Business, or related field). - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc.) is advantageous. ---
