**Job Title:** Senior Sales Specialist **Role Summary:** Results‑driven professional responsible for generating new B2B IT business, managing the full sales cycle, and cultivating long‑term relationships with international enterprise clients. Collaborates with Marketing, Recruiting, and Delivery teams to align initiatives, ensure resource readiness, and achieve revenue targets. **Expactations:** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. - Accurately forecast sales and maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline. - Represent the company at industry events and build a strong market presence. - Foster cross‑functional cooperation to deliver seamless client solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Align with Marketing to synchronize campaigns and outreach strategies. - Coordinate with Recruiting and Delivery to match client requirements with talent/resources. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify and prioritize new opportunities. - Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders. - Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics. - Participate in conferences, webinars, and networking activities to promote the brand. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years B2B IT sales experience in Tier 1 markets (consulting, outstaffing, outsourcing). - Proven record of closing enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets. - Strong command of sales funnel management, pipeline analytics, and forecasting. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and sales automation tools. - Deep understanding of market positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market models for IT services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable with C‑level negotiations. - Fluent English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, HubSpot Sales Software Certification) are a plus.
