About The Role

We're looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Specialist to strengthen our sales direction and help scale it globally.

This role is focused on driving new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with international clients. You will work closely with the Marketing, Recruiting, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth cooperation and successful deal execution.

Requirements

5+ years of experience driving B2B IT sales (Tier 1 markets)
Successful track record of closing deals and consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of sales funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline analytics
Experience with consulting / outstaffing / outsourcing sales cycles and long-term enterprise deals
Proven experience in organizations with well-established and efficient sales processes.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot or similar) and sales process automation
Solid knowledge of market positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models for IT service companies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including working with C-level clients
Fluent English (both written and spoken); ability to negotiate with international clients

Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales process -- from lead generation to deal closure
Work with Marketing to align campaigns and outreach with sales goals
Cooperate with Recruiting and Delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and resources are aligned
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates
Represent WiserBrand at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
