**Job Title**
HR Officer – Fixed Term (France, Monaco, Belgium)
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end HR support for Prada and Miu Miu retail operations. Handle administrative HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and contribute to HR strategic projects while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and confidentiality.
**Expectations**
- Ensure internal procedures are followed accurately and reliably.
- Deliver timely, high‑quality HR service to managers and employees.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Demonstrate proficiency in French and operational English.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Administrative HR**
- Manage personnel files from hiring through departure: contracts, amendments, attestations, etc.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and collaborate with payroll and technical support.
- Produce regular reports (headcount, mobility, organisational charts).
2. **Onboarding**
- Coordinate new hire arrival logistics with managers.
- Ensure timely delivery of documents and contracts.
- Draft internal communications announcing arrivals and promotions.
3. **Employee Relations**
- Track HR milestones: probation, paid leave, contract terminations, parental leave, etc.
- Provide daily support, answering queries on absences, working time, benefits.
- Offer personalized guidance throughout employee lifecycle.
4. **Recruitment**
- Publish job ads and screen candidates; build talent pools across functions.
- Conduct independent recruitment activities; support Recruiting Manager on positions.
- Manage internship/replacement campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, maintain relationships with agencies and schools.
5. **Cross‑Functional Projects**
- Support HR initiatives: training plans, employer branding, DEI, annual reviews, budget, salary reviews.
- Assist disciplinary and severance procedures (warnings, collective terminations).
- Verify retail variable remuneration, process invoices, produce monthly workforce reports.
**Required Skills**
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll interfaces, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication in French; functional English.
- High degree of confidentiality, proactivity, problem‑solving, and teamwork.
- Project management aptitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or equivalent.
- Retail sector experience (internship or junior role) preferred.
- Operational command of English.
