Job Description
**Job title** CRM Specialist (PRADA – CRM Specialist H/F) **Role summary** Supports the Regional CRM & Client Development Director by developing and executing CRM programs and clienteling initiatives for Prada and Miu Miu customers. Converts client data into actionable insights to boost acquisition, retention, reactivation, and long‑term client value. **Expectations** - Deliver data‑driven CRM analyses that inform commercial strategies. - Design, launch, and monitor clienteling initiatives with clear performance targets. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance CRM tools, data quality, and client‑centric culture. **Key responsibilities** - Conduct client intelligence analyses: acquisition, retention, reactivation, VIC strategies. - Analyze purchasing patterns, engagement, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. - Produce recurring and ad‑hoc reports, business reviews, and KPI dashboards (sell‑out, retention, clienteling, data quality). - Translate complex data into concise insights and recommendations for regional and HQ teams. - Design and deploy data‑driven clienteling programs, defining segmentation and target lists for store appointments, revenue, and loyalty. - Support boutiques in adopting and optimizing CRM and clienteling tools. - Partner with HQ to improve CRM and clienteling platforms through user feedback and insights. - Identify high‑potential and VIC clients, support personalized cultivation strategies. - Assist Events & VIC teams with targeting, attendance tracking, and post‑event analysis. - Track ROI of loyalty, gifting, and client development initiatives. - Promote a client‑centric, data‑driven approach; support stores on CRM KPIs, data quality, contact ability, and best practices. - Monitor CRM data quality and digital tool usage. **Required skills** - Strong analytical mindset; advanced Excel; SQL; data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred. - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Cegid, SAP, or equivalent) and clienteling tools. - Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention metrics. - Ability to translate data insights into actionable commercial recommendations. - Structured, detail‑oriented, accountable; excellent written and verbal communication. - Curious, proactive, comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced luxury environment. **Required education & certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. - First experience in CRM, data analysis, or client intelligence; luxury or premium retail experience is a plus.
