Compensation is commission‑heavy with uncapped earnings. **Expectations:** - Make 40–50 cold calls to businesses daily. - Conduct personalized LinkedIn and email outreach. - Maintain and update prospect data in CRM with high accuracy. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and qualify prospect lists aligned with target market. - Execute outbound call, email, and LinkedIn sequences. - Follow up persistently and turn objections into interest. - Book discovery calls and present initial SEO audit summaries. - Log all activities and pipeline stages in CRM (e.g., HubSpot). - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights and improve scripts. **Required Skills:** - Proven ability to thrive on cold calling and handle rejection. - Strong verbal and written communication; can explain SEO concepts simply. - Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work without direct supervision. - High resilience and persistence; comfortable with 50+ “no” responses daily. - Excellent organization and multitasking; track 100+ prospects simultaneously. - Basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO (training provided). - Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot or similar) preferred. - Prior B2B sales experience (e.g., recruitment, agency, retail) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - No specific degree required; sales or digital‑marketing certifications are optional but not mandatory.
