The Opportunity

SEO Dons is a data-driven digital marketing agency that doesn't just talk about results - we deliver them. We've helped businesses go from 20 to 65 monthly calls, increased organic traffic by 198%, and generated thousands of qualified leads for our clients.

Now we need a fearless BDR who can cold call 50 businesses a day and love it.

This role is 85% outbound prospecting. If that excites you rather than scares you, keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do Your Daily Reality (85% Outbound):

Make 40-50 cold calls daily to businesses needing SEO
Send personalized LinkedIn messages that get responses
Email outreach that doesn't sound like spam
Build lists of perfect-fit prospects
Follow up relentlessly (in a charming way)
Turn "not interested" into "tell me more"

The Rest (15%):

Handle warm inbound leads (the easy wins)
Book discovery calls for the team
Present initial SEO audits
Update the CRM religiously
Celebrate your wins with the team

Experience with HubSpot or any CRM
Local business knowledge
Proven track record of hitting targets

The Package Base Salary:

TBD

Commission Structure:

PS350 per closed deal (PS500-999/month value)
PS600 per closed deal (PS1000-1999/month value)
PS1000 per closed deal (PS2000+/month value)
Monthly bonuses for exceeding targets
