Revenue Operations Insights Analyst
**Role Summary**
Analysis-driven professional responsible for delivering data‑centric insights across the entire Go‑To‑Market (GTM) funnel—Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to accelerate revenue growth, drive performance optimization, and inform strategic initiatives. Works closely with GTM leaders, Finance, and Systems teams to build dashboards, maintain data quality, and support forecasting, targeting, and incentive design.
**Expectations**
- Own end‑to‑end analytics for GTM performance, ensuring accurate, timely reporting for senior leadership.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence forecasting, planning, and operational decisions.
- Maintain high data integrity and governance across multiple CRM and analytics platforms.
- Champion a data‑driven culture by providing clear, concise reports and actionable recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, maintain, and evolve comprehensive dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss, churn, and expansion.
- Analyze bookings, pipeline, and revenue trends to surface performance drivers and support forecasting and target setting.
- Collaborate with Finance to set revenue, expansion, and retention targets by region, segment, and product.
- Liaise with Revenue Systems and Process teams to enhance data hygiene, integrity, and automation of reporting workflows.
- Create and prioritize target account lists for new markets and verticals using firmographic, technographic, and intent data; operationalize lists in Salesforce and coordinate channel execution.
- Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc executive reports for Leadership, Executive, and Board reviews.
- Support incentive design, including quota planning and commission calculations, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Evaluate funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and deal cycle metrics to uncover process optimization opportunities.
- Promote data literacy across GTM teams by translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced SQL knowledge and ability to query large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building statistical models and forecasting.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and revenue operations tools (e.g., revenue recognition, incentive management).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical insights into clear, concise business narratives.
- Project management skills for coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or GTM analytics.
- Advanced degree or analytics certification (e.g., MS in Analytics, Data Science, CPA, or similar) considered an asset.
