Position Summary
The Revenue Operations Insights Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Trulioo’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering actionable insights that help accelerate revenue growth, optimize GTM performance, and inform strategic initiatives.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to analyze performance data, surface growth opportunities, and ensure teams have access to accurate, timely reporting. This role blends analytical expertise, business acumen, and technical skill to drive meaningful impact across Trulioo’s revenue engine.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver with three in-office days per week
What You'll Be Doing
Own GTM performance analytics: Build and maintain reporting and dashboards across the full funnel — Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — to measure pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss, churn, and customer expansion.
Deliver actionable insights: Analyze bookings, pipeline, and revenue trends to identify performance drivers and inform forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions.
Support forecasting and target setting: Partner with GTM and Finance teams to develop bookings, expansion, and retention targets by region, segment, and product.
Advance data quality and governance: Collaborate with Revenue Systems and Process teams to enhance data hygiene, integrity, and reporting automation.
Create target account lists for new markets and verticals: Leverage firmographic, technographic, and intent data to identify and prioritize high-potential accounts; operationalize account lists in Salesforce and coordinate with Marketing and Sales for execution.
Enable executive reporting: Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Leadership, Executive, and Board reviews to highlight performance metrics, trends, and insights.
Contribute to incentive design: Support quota planning and commission calculation processes to ensure accurate, transparent performance measurement.
Drive GTM efficiency: Evaluate funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and deal cycle metrics to uncover opportunities for process optimization and growth acceleration.
Champion data culture: Promote data literacy across GTM teams by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree or analytics certification is an asset).
3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Ana
