Job Title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for semiconductor solutions in wearables, audio, health sensing, IoT, robotics, and industrial markets. Drive new OEM acquisition, design‑win ownership, and long‑term partnership development while collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing teams. Expectations: - Deliver consistent new business growth and design‑win conversion. - Maintain a healthy pipeline from evaluation through production. - Execute accurate forecasting, account plans, and pricing negotiations. - Act as a trusted advisor to OEMs and ecosystem partners. - Represent the company at industry events and customer sites.
