Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & New Business Development
Identify, qualify, and acquire new OEM customers in wearables, audio, health sensing, IoT, robotics, and industrial markets.
Drive early-stage outreach, product introduction, and opportunity development for SoCs.
Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline spanning evaluation, prototyping, and production stages.
Sales Execution & Design-Win Ownership
Lead customer engagements from first contact through design win and into production.
Collaborate closely with FAEs to support evaluations, SDK bring-up, and technical milestones.
Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and production agreements.
Deliver accurate forecasting, account planning, and deal documentation.
Customer & Partner Management
Build strong relationships across engineering, product, sourcing, and executive teams.
Engage ecosystem partners (design houses, module makers, system integrators, distributors, and manufacturer reps) to expand market reach.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer onsite meetings.
Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Input
Provide customer and competitive insights to guide roadmap, reference designs, and model priorities.
Work with Marketing on messaging, collateral, and outbound campaigns for target verticals.
Contribute to quarterly business reviews and long-term revenue planning.
Qualifications
Required
5–12 years of semiconductor or embedded-technology sales experience (SoCs, MCUs, sensors, or AI hardware preferred).
Proven track record of new OEM acquisition, design wins, and OEM account development.
Strong understanding of semiconductor sales cycles: evaluation → prototyping → design-in → production.
Ability to communicate technical concepts efectively and work with engineering/FAE teams.
Experience managing reps, distributors, or channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong forecasting, planning, and CRM hygiene.
Nice to Have
Experience in wearables, IoT, robotics, industrial sensing, audio/voice, or biometrics.
Familiarity with edge AI, sensor fusion, low-power chipsets, or embedded ML.
Prior startup or high-growth semiconductor environment experience.
