Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Operations Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for maintaining accuracy, compliance, and reporting of formulary and purchasing data across the pharmacy network. Manages data flows, develops reporting solutions, and supports Salesforce administration while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of insights. **Expectations:** - Deliver precise, compliant data reports on schedule. - Protect confidential and sensitive information. - Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. - Identify and resolve data issues to improve efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and refine SQL queries and database processes to enhance reporting accuracy. - Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. - Automate data tasks using Excel VBA and Office 365 tools. - Provide Salesforce administration support, including flows, reports, and BI integration. - Evaluate report effectiveness, diagnose root causes of discrepancies, and implement corrective action plans. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts. - Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, complex formulas, data modeling). - Experience building and maintaining Power BI or Tableau dashboards. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to handle confidential data with discretion. - Organizational skills for juggling multiple priorities. - Familiarity with Salesforce administration (flows, reports, integration) is a strong asset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous but not mandatory.
