Job Description
**Job Title** B2B Account Manager – Energy (Large Enterprises) **Role Summary** Responsible for acquiring and growing energy contracts with large enterprise customers (500–5,000 MWh/year). Operates as an autonomous hunter, building a regional portfolio, managing the full sales cycle, and coordinating cross‑functional delivery. **Expectations** - Achieve contracted margin and volume targets. - Expand customer portfolio and ensure high retention rates. - Maintain accurate forecasting and a disciplined CRM pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Territory Development** – Map the assigned region, open new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders (consultants, business clubs, industry contacts). 2. **Customer Acquisition & Growth** – Present tailored energy solutions, close deals, and manage renewals to grow existing accounts. 3. **Pipeline & Forecast Management** – Populate and update CRM with stage‑accurate opportunities, deliver regular forecasts, and meet sales targets. 4. **Execution Coordination** – Partner with Operations, Customer Care, and Credit & Collections to enable smooth switching, billing, reporting, and cash discipline. 5. **Product & Market Knowledge** – Maintain expertise on power, gas, injection pricing, and emerging solutions such as PV/on‑site generation, batteries, EV charging, and flexibility services. **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline). - 1–5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in energy, utilities, or a complex B2B environment. - Hunter mindset: highly organized, persistent, and performance‑driven. - Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities; credible with buyers and consultants. - Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables). - Proficiency in a CRM system with rigorous forecasting discipline. - Fluency in French or Dutch; English is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any major). - No specific certifications required.
