Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Salesforce Administrator – Certinia (FinancialForce) **Role Summary** Configure, administer, and optimize Certinia PSA, Revenue Management, and ERP solutions within the Salesforce platform. Drive secure, reliable operations through low‑code customization (Flows, standard features) and coordinate development effort only when necessary. Partner with Finance, IT, Customer Success, and Business Operations to align technology with business goals. **Expectations** - 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including ≥4 years hands‑on Certinia/FinancialForce administration. - Proven ability to design and deliver configuration‑first solutions; escalation to Apex/LWC only for performance, scale, or vendor gaps. - Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training to ensure adoption and compliance with finance segregation of duties. - Effective management of sandbox strategy, releases, and incident triage within defined SLAs. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and maintain Certinia PSA, Revenue Management, and ERP modules to meet evolving business needs. - Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets/PSGs, hierarchies, sharing rules, and SSO; enforce least‑privilege access. - Design, test, and deploy Salesforce Flows (record‑triggered, scheduled, invocable) and approval processes. - Build and maintain dashboards/reports; support handoff to BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI). - Troubleshoot feature requests and incidents; coordinate with developers and iPaaS teams for integrations. - Oversee dev/test/prod orgs, sandbox refresh cadence, UAT coordination, release windows, cut‑over/rollback, and release notes (DevOps Center/Change Sets). - Validate field mappings and connected apps (e.g., HubSpot, Snowflake); monitor jobs/logs and escalate as needed. - Produce SOPs, runbooks, and user guides; deliver targeted training and change communications. - Act as the subject‑matter expert for Certinia across Finance, IT, Customer Success, and other admin teams. **Required Skills** - Expert in Salesforce Flow patterns; strong Apex, Lightning Web Component, Trigger, Batch/Async development knowledge. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, FLS, SSO) and finance segregation of duties. - Proficient in SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, middleware/iPaaS coordination, and data stewardship (validation, deduplication, import/export). - Experience with sandbox strategy, DevOps Center/Change Sets, and release management. - Ability to create stakeholder‑ready reports/dashboards and support BI handoffs. - Excellent documentation, SOP creation, and training delivery skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Platform Administrator II and/or Platform App Builder (preferred). - Certinia PSA certification and related Certinia (FinancialForce) certifications – required.
