Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Systems Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide hands‑on administration, support, and analytics for the organization’s core ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms, ensuring data integrity, efficient workflows, and actionable reporting. Coordinate integration and process improvement initiatives across business systems, while delivering governance, documentation, and training to enable data‑driven decision making. **Expectations:** - Maintain system stability and user satisfaction through timely ticket resolution and configuration management. - Produce accurate dashboards, reports, and data models that inform finance, sales, and operations. - Lead or actively participate in cross‑functional projects, ensuring clear documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication. - Uphold data governance and compliance standards across all supported systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer NetSuite and Salesforce: user roles, permissions, customizations, and data access. - Resolve service desk tickets, coordinate vendor support, and perform routine system audits. - Build and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and reports (SuiteAnalytics, Power BI, Salesforce Reports). - Analyze data from ERP, CRM, WMS, and other sources; develop KPIs and performance metrics. - Manage integrations (Celigo, middleware, BI tools); test, validate, and troubleshoot data flows. - Plan and track project milestones, update documentation, process maps, and training materials. - Conduct user training and support to enhance adoption of new tools/processes. - Enforce data governance, support audit requirements, and ensure compliance with internal controls. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years administration or support of NetSuite and/or Salesforce. - Strong understanding of ERP/CRM workflows (sales, operations, finance). - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. - Experience with reporting tools (SuiteAnalytics, Power BI, Salesforce Reports). - Familiarity with integration middleware (Celigo, similar). - Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and written/verbal communication. - Project coordination or business analysis experience (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred.
