Job Description: **Job Title** Business Consultant **Role Summary** Field‑based consultant responsible for selling payment solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Manages a personal territory, generates high‑value prospects, conducts sales meetings, closes deals, and ensures successful onboarding and long‑term retention of merchants. **Expectations** - Independently develop and manage a daily sales pipeline. - Consistently reach and exceed sales targets, including quota conversions and commission goals. - Provide a seamless customer experience from initial contact to live implementation. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct high‑value prospecting using LinkedIn, data sources, and cold calling. - Maintain and expand a territory of SME prospects. - Schedule and deliver at least 10 face‑to‑face or virtual meetings per week. - Present and upsell EPOS and related payment devices to merchants. - Manage CRM entries and quotation pipelines to meet conversion metrics. - Oversee the entire customer application process, guiding prospects to successful live transactions. - Collaborate with internal product, support, and delivery teams to ensure timely setup and exceptional service. - Retain accounts through strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills. **Required Skills** - Proven sales or B2B consulting experience (payments experience not required). - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Self‑motivation, discipline, and independent territory management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred. - No mandatory certifications, but experience with fintech or payment solutions is a plus. ---
