Job Description
**Job Title:** Director of Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead and scale B2B demand generation for a portfolio of European SMB Business Management Software products. Design and execute data‑driven, multi‑channel marketing strategies that deliver pipeline growth, new logos, and cross‑sell revenue in the France, UK, and Germany markets. **Expectations:** - Achieve aggressive pipeline and revenue targets through integrated marketing programs. - Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing SMB or Mid‑Market marketing team. - Align marketing initiatives with sales, product, and senior leadership to maximize commercial impact. - Provide actionable insights on campaign performance and market trends to inform GTM strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage a multi‑channel marketing strategy and budget to meet new‑logo and cross‑sell goals. - Design and launch lead‑generation campaigns across digital advertising, SEO/SEM, account‑based marketing, buyer directories, webinars, events, email, social media, and nurturing flows. - Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to optimize inbound/outbound campaigns, lead quality, and prospect targeting. - Partner with product marketing, sales, and content teams to produce high‑impact assets (ads, emails, whitepapers, brochures, blogs, etc.). - Ensure rigorous data quality, campaign tracking, and reporting in CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Contribute to M&A value‑creation plans and onboarding of acquired brands. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years of B2B software marketing with senior leadership experience in demand generation. - Proven success managing digital marketing and SEO strategies with measurable outcomes. - Expertise in account‑based marketing and SMB/Mid‑Market B2B software verticals. - Strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline data, identify gaps, and drive strategy. - Leadership ability to build, coach, and motivate a cross‑functional marketing team. - Excellent communication skills for collaborating across sales, product, and executive teams. - Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). - Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound, or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud are advantageous.
