Job Description
**Job Title** Account Manager – Bio & Pharma (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead the management of the company’s bio and pharmaceutical client portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability, and strategic partnership development. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement tailored commercial plans and ensure successful execution of negotiated initiatives. **Expectations** - Minimum 3‑5 years experience as a key account manager in the pharma sector. - Strong business acumen with proven P&L ownership for client accounts. - Knowledge of the bio market is an advantage. - Advanced academic qualification (Bac+4/Bac+5) in business, marketing, or a related field. - Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and implement the commercial strategy for assigned bio and pharma accounts. - Drive client revenue (turnover and margins) through account development activities. - Negotiate and finalize framework agreements, pricing, distribution, and promotional plans. - Set and monitor commercial objectives (promotion, innovation, assortment, merchandising) for each client. - Coordinate the implementation of negotiated actions with national/regional sales forces. - Align internal functions (sales support, marketing, category management) to deliver on client deliverables. - Foster new client engagements to promote the brand portfolio. - Conduct competitive intelligence and trend analysis to inform strategy. **Required Skills** - Strategic account planning & execution. - Negotiation & contract management. - P&L and financial performance analysis. - Cross‑functional collaboration and coordination. - Data‑driven decision making (market panels, consumer studies). - Excellent written and verbal communication (French and English proficiency preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree from a recognized business or commerce school (or equivalent). - Professional certifications in account management or sales are a plus.
