**Expactations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud (PureCloud)
- Drive continuous improvement of IVR, routing, and analytics capabilities
- Ensure high availability, performance and secure integration with external services
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement Genesys Cloud contact center architectures (Inbound, Outbound, Callbacks, Bots)
- Configure IVR, call flows, queueing, routing, skills, and campaign logic within Architect and ACD modules
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX APIs, data actions, and webhooks using JavaScript, Node.js or Python
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
- Configure and manage reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Genesys Cloud
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and enhancement requests
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform, including Architect, ACD, Routing, and IVR
- Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for API and integration development
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway) and networking concepts
- Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with CRM and support tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Strong understanding of contact center operations, call flow design, and performance optimization
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Genesys Certified Cloud Developer (preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or comparable cloud architecture certification (preferred)
