Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and support contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Genesys Cloud features, integrations, and APIs to deliver scalable and high-quality customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) contact center solutions
Configure IVR, call flows, routing, queues, skills, and campaigns
Develop and maintain Architect flows (Inbound, Outbound, Callbacks, Bots)
Develop and manage Genesys Cloud CX APIs, data actions, and webhooks
Configure and support Genesys Cloud reporting and analytics
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform
Hands-on expertise with Architect, ACD, Routing, and IVR
Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js / Python (for API integrations)
Familiarity with AWS services (preferred, as Genesys Cloud runs on AWS)
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
Understanding of Contact Center operations and call flows
