Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Facilitate the end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Fusion by translating business needs into functional designs, overseeing data migration, and optimizing processes across sales, inventory, finance, and operations. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and Oracle best practices. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality requirements, specifications, and documentation that enable successful implementation and continuous improvement. - Ensure timely completion of deliverables within scope and budget, while managing risks and escalations. - Provide training, support, and post‑go‑live maintenance to guarantee system adoption and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and analyze business requirements; document gaps and propose process enhancements. - Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and data mapping documents. - Lead data conversion, validation, and cleansing for legacy migration into Oracle Fusion. - Map current‑state processes, design future‑state workflows, and create visual process diagrams. - Define reporting requirements, develop and test custom reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), and train users. - Develop test plans (unit, system, UAT) and coordinate validation activities. - Produce user manuals, training materials, and conduct end‑user workshops. - Coordinate project milestones, status reporting, and risk escalation with project management. - Provide stabilization support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations post‑implementation. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation or similar ERP systems. - Proficiency in business requirements elicitation, functional specification writing, and process mapping. - Knowledge of data migration concepts, data mapping, and data quality validation. - Competence in reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI) and report design. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. - Ability to develop training materials and conduct user training. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. - Certifications in Oracle Fusion, requirement gathering (e.g., IIBA CBAP), or business analysis preferred.
