Job Description: Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Role Summary: Full‑time inside sales role supporting commercial fence contractors by handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and delivering customer service via phone and in‑person. Expectations: Meet sales targets, expand the customer base, and maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to commercial customer calls and emails. - Generate precise quotes and process sales orders. - Greet and assist walk‑in customers at the showroom. - Track orders from placement to shipment, maintaining regular customer communication. - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve sales goals. - Prospect and engage potential new customers to grow the client portfolio. Required Skills: - 6–12 months of sales experience, preferably in fencing or construction. - Ability to read and interpret measurements in Imperial and Metric systems. - Strong oral and written English communication skills. - Proficient with computers, standard office software, and office equipment. - Team‑oriented, customer‑focused demeanor.
