Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support our commercial customers. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails from commercial customers

• Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in our showroom

• Maintain communication with customers from order to shipment

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet sales targets

• Reach out to potential new customers to grow our client base

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education: College diploma or university degree required

• 6–12 months of sales experience (fencing or construction industry preferred)

•Proficient in reading and understanding measurements (Imperial and Metric systems)

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)

• Comfortable using computers, office software and standard office equipment

• Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude
