**Job Title**: Clinical Supervisor (Product Advisor)
**Role Summary**
Advisory, non‑clinical role focused on translating real‑world supervision practice into product features, workflows, and templates for an in‑app supervision module. Works remotely as an independent contractor, delivering practice‑based insights and deliverables over 8–12 weeks (5–10 hrs/week).
**Expectations**
- Commit 5–10 hours per week for 8–12 weeks, with possible extension.
- Produce concise, actionable deliverables on a part‑time cadence.
- Use only de‑identified or synthetic data; no direct patient care or clinical supervision of users.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Map the supervision journey: identify core use cases (individual, group, live/async, cross‑state) and pain points.
- Translate practice to product: define workflows for goals/learning plans, competencies, case presentations, feedback, remediation, and hour logging.
- Design documentation: create templates and rubrics (supervision agreement, session notes, competency checklists, remediation plans, incident/ risk flags).
- Conduct desk research on licensure norms and board requirements; synthesize into product guidelines.
- Interview 10–20 supervisors and supervisees, summarize insights, prioritize features with product/ML teams.
- Recommend guardrails and ethics: scope boundaries, escalation cues, confidentiality, culturally responsive language.
**Required Skills**
- U.S. licensed mental‑health clinician (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPCC).
- 3–7 + years clinical experience with robust supervision literacy (agreements, goal‑setting, competency development, documentation).
- Strong clinical writing: clear, observational, inferential, and recommendation‑oriented.
- Experience conducting interviews, desk research, and collaborating with product/design/ML stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supervision ethics (APA, ACA, NASW, AAMFT) and HIPAA‑conscious practices.
- Organized, outcome‑focused, able to deliver crisp deliverables on a part‑time basis.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- 4‑year degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
- Current U.S. licensure as a practitioner (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPCC).
- Evidenced experience in supervision within a licensure pathway.
