Job Description
**Job Title** Supply Chain Project Manager / Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end implementation and ongoing success of a production‑optimization platform for industrial sites. Drive client adoption, ROI delivery, and continuous improvement of operational processes while fostering deep stakeholder relationships. **Expectations** - Manage 4 new site implementations each trimester. - Achieve strict implementation lead‑time commitments. - Maintain individual MRR of €60 k and deliver measurable ROI. - Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales. - Champion process automation and operational excellence within the operations team. **Key Responsibilities** - Define project roadmap, objectives, and success metrics with clients at kickoff. - Conduct detailed needs assessment of users and site operations. - Coordinate cross‑functional product and tech teams, prioritizing high‑impact client requests. - Serve as primary client liaison for project leaders, key users, and sponsors. - Deliver user training, change management, and ongoing support. - Track platform usage with KPI dashboards, validating ROI in regular reviews. - Capture and formalise client interactions (onboarding, run‑mode operations, ROI analysis). - Identify and propose large‑scale platform enhancements. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operations workflows, focusing on automation. - Become the authority on the customer‑service tool (e.g., Crisp) to improve client support efficiency. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years in industrial operations, consulting, or supply‑chain management. - Proven project ownership from needs analysis to operational rollout. - Strong stakeholder management and influence at all organizational levels. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and quantitative skills. - Ability to communicate ROI clearly to business and technical audiences. - Self‑starter with high autonomy and proactive improvement mindset. - Creative thinker with a knack for simplifying complex solutions. - Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred but not mandatory. ---
