**Job Title**
Vice President of Growth
**Role Summary**
Own and optimize the end‑to‑end subscriber growth loop for a mobile app combining streaming content and physical training. Blend product‑driven thinking with data‑driven marketing to scale acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. Lead a cross‑functional growth organization, drive experimentation culture, and partner with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Customer Success to deliver sustainable, compounding growth.
**Expactations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in CAC, activation rate, churn, net retention, and LTV:CAC ratio.
- Scale a growth team and establish a disciplined weekly operating cadence (hypothesis, experiment, measurement, action).
- Own full growth performance reporting and strategic road‑mapping for the company’s growth agenda.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Growth Strategy & Optimization** – Identify highest‑impact levers, build & test hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and scale winning experiments.
2. **Product‑Led Growth & In‑App Optimization** – Collaborate with Product & Engineering to design onboarding, paywalls, referral features, and habit‑building mechanics; run continuous pricing & conversion experiments.
3. **Paid Acquisition Leadership** – Oversee paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, affiliate networks, and influencers; build attribution & incrementality frameworks; optimize CAC and LTV payback.
4. **Retention & LTV Expansion** – Partner with CRM Lead to execute lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, in‑app messaging, and referral programs; reduce churn and drive upsells.
5. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work with Brand, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to embed growth thinking into product roadmaps and brand strategy.
6. **Data Governance & Culture** – Champion data‑driven insights, build cohort dashboards, and enforce rigorous experiment tracking and analysis.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in a senior growth/marketing role (VP or Head of Growth, Growth Lead).
- Deep expertise in growth loops, lifecycle marketing, and product‑led growth strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset: cohort analysis, A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution, and incremental lift measurement.
- Experience managing paid media across multi‑channel platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, influencer networks).
- Ability to translate product data into actionable marketing experiments and product road‑map items.
- Excellent communication and influence skills for cross‑functional leadership.
- Familiarity with modern growth technology stack (growth, analytics, CRM, CDP tools).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications in growth marketing, digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok), product management, or data analytics are advantageous.
