Job Description
**Job Title** Executive Administrative Assistant **Role Summary** Deliver high‑level, white‑glove IT and audiovisual (AV) support to C‑suite and executive leadership across North America. Ensure seamless operation of executive devices, collaboration tools, and mission‑critical platforms while managing lifecycle, documentation, and continuous process improvement. **Expectations** - Provide urgent, discreet, and proactive support to senior executives. - Maintain a strong executive presence, responsiveness, and confidentiality. - Operate within a high‑visibility, hands‑on environment that supports critical business functions. **Key Responsibilities** - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with executive devices, enterprise platforms, and collaboration tools. - Manage laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware throughout the asset lifecycle. - Oversee AV system operation in executive meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. - Execute and support Teams Live executive events and other high‑visibility sessions. - Act as the first escalation point for critical AV/IT incidents. - Facilitate adoption of AI and productivity technologies for executive teams. - Create, maintain, and update knowledge base documentation and process improvements. **Required Skills** - Expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Teams. - Strong troubleshooting ability with complex hardware and software environments. - Experience managing AV equipment and live event setups. - Proficiency with IT service‑management tools and knowledge‑base systems. - Excellent communication, discretion, and executive‑level customer‑service skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, MS Office Specialist, ITIL Foundation, and/or certification in AV operations (e.g., CTS). ---
