Job Description
Job title: Receptionist & Office Manager Role Summary: Deliver front‑desk services and general office management, including client reception, call handling, mail distribution, facility coordination, and administrative support, to maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace. Expactations: Maintain high customer‑service standards, conduct office operations smoothly, communicate clearly with staff and clients, adhere to time‑management principles, resolve operational issues proactively, and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities - Greets visitors and directs them to relevant personnel or departments. - Handles inbound calls, faxes, voicemails; routes or forwards as appropriate. - Manages incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and document scanning/ emailing. - Coordinates office supplies, ordering, and inventory. - Acts as liaison for high‑value clients and manages their office access materials. - Supports the President’s Executive Assistant and RVP, assists with boardroom bookings. - Maintains a clean, organized office environment and coordinates maintenance requests with Property Management. - Plans and executes staff events, décor, reservations, and catering. - Performs administrative tasks for in‑force policy service requests (address changes, payments).
