Job title: Senior Vice President, Marketing
Role Summary: Lead the global marketing strategy and brand stewardship for Kensington’s luxury travel portfolio, driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital, B2B, and repeat-client channels while ensuring a scalable creative and analytics operation.
Expectations: Deliver measurable growth in leads and revenue, achieve brand awareness and differentiation for high‑net‑worth travelers, optimize marketing spend for ROI, and build a high‑performance, globally‑sourced marketing organization that supports continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global brand vision, positioning, and storytelling that resonates with affluent travelers and partners.
- Own all acquisition and loyalty programs, integrating SEM, SEO, email, social, affiliate, and B2B agent outreach to maximise CAC efficiency and LTV.
- Expand repeat-client engagement through loyalty initiatives, supplier co‑op funding, and co‑brand collaborations.
- Build and scale an in‑house creative team; oversee content, design, and brand assets across all touchpoints.
- Establish marketing operations, analytics, and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Finance to align strategy, budget, and execution.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of senior marketing leadership in luxury or hospitality/travel; proven brand building and storytelling.
- Expertise in performance digital marketing (SEM, SEO, paid media) and B2B channel management.
- Strong data‑driven decision making, analytics, and KPI‑focused culture.
- Creative leadership with experience building award‑winning agencies or in‑house teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across global teams.
- Financial acumen to balance brand investment and ROI.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are advantageous.
