Job Description: **Job Title** Test Engineer **Role Summary** Execute manual and automated testing to ensure the delivery of defect‑free software. Develop comprehensive test designs, plans, and scripts, analyze results, and report findings to stakeholders. Operate as a B2B freelance professional, performing primarily onsite work with occasional remote sessions. **Expectations** - Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years dedicated to software testing. - Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., TOSCA) and test management suites (Qtest, QC). - Strong command of Jira for requirements and defect tracking. - Demonstrated passion for quality, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to present test outcomes clearly. - Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Create detailed test design specifications, including test cases and test plans. 2. Design test scenarios to achieve 100 % coverage of requirements. 3. Prepare manual test cases for scenarios not suited to automation. 4. Develop automated test scripts for identified scenarios. 5. Execute both automated and manual tests to validate software against requirements. 6. Analyze test results, identify defects, and record findings. 7.
