**Job Title**
HR Intern
**Role Summary**
Support recruitment, onboarding, training & development, HR administration, and payroll projects. Assist in creating learning programs, coordinating interviews, preparing induction materials, and maintaining HR records.
**Expectations**
- 6‑month internship, full‑time.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and French.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Recruitment** – draft and post job openings, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure completion of recruitment documentation.
2. **Onboarding** – enhance induction processes, prepare onboarding documentation, assist new hires with initial setup.
3. **HR Administration & Projects** – create administrative folders, enter and update HR database records, perform translations, support payroll tasks, participate in departmental projects.
4. **Training & Development** – coordinate training programs and workshops, submit internal payments, research and book external vendors, maintain a training catalog, update program details in HRMS, collect and analyze feedback, develop learning content for LinkedIn Learning Platform, optimize onboarding programs.
5. **General HR Support** – contribute to HR projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent written and oral communication in Chinese, English, and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and HRIS usage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrollment or recent graduation from a bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- No specific certifications required; credentials in HR or HRIS tools are a plus.
