Job Description

**Job Title** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions for unstructured data processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom chatbots. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into cloud services, automate document indexing, and ensure high availability, performance, and security. Produce technical documentation and project reports. **Expectations** - Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and document‑centric applications. - Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in teams. - Continuous learning mindset, proactive initiative, and excellent communication in French and technical English. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect and implement ML pipelines for unstructured data ingestion and processing. 2. Develop and tune RAG systems and intelligent chatbots using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and relevant frameworks. 3. Automate document indexing and retrieval to improve search efficiency. 4. Integrate AI solutions with existing cloud infrastructure (Docker, Terraform, Git). 5. Write clear technical documentation, project reports, and deployment guides. 6. Collaborate with software engineers to embed ML models into production services. 7. Ensure security, availability, and performance standards across deployments. 8. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, HuggingFace, etc. - Experience with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) and cloud automation tools. - Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong knowledge of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, embeddings). - Understanding of RAG architecture and chatbot development workflows. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and technical English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in AWS Machine Learning or data engineering are an advantage.
