Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment of complex applications and updates. - Lead testing and validation with business users, including unit, integration, and end‑user acceptance testing. - Design, configure, code, and test application modules; develop training materials and conduct user training. - Evaluate and resolve service requests, applying consistent processes and analyzing impact. - Troubleshoot medium‑to‑high complexity production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and define corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Monitor service performance, analyze trends, and recommend process or technology improvements. - Draft detailed functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms. - Translate business requirements into application configuration and interface design specifications. Required Skills: - Autosys experience ≥ 3 years. - ServiceNow experience ≥ 2 years. - FeedHub experience ≥ 3 years. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Problem‑solving and analytical capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Job Description
**Job title** ServiceNow Vault Developer **Role Summary** Senior ServiceNow Vault Developer responsible for designing, developing, and validating implementation patterns and proofs of concept (POCs) for ServiceNow Vault functionalities, including Field‑Level Encryption, Zero Trust Adaptive Access, Code Signing, and Data Privacy/Anonymization across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, Security Operations, custom apps). **Expactations** - Deep, hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow Vault architecture and secure implementation. - Proven ability to produce reusable, scalable pattern documentation for complex, large‑scale ServiceNow environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration in a customer‑facing delivery model. - Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status (Protected); must have resided in Canada for 10+ years. - Preference for candidates residing in Ottawa/National Capital Region willing to work hybrid. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to capture security requirements and constraints. - Design and develop POCs that demonstrate Vault capabilities (FLE, Zero Trust, etc.) in real data scenarios. - Create comprehensive implementation pattern documentation, guidelines, and variation guides for different application contexts. - Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and final deliverables to client teams and stakeholders. - Apply ServiceNow best practices, adhere to approved platform standards, and follow secure development methodologies. **Required Skills** - ServiceNow platform development (core modules, scripting, UI policies, client scripts). - Expertise in ServiceNow Vault (encryption, key management, Zero Trust, code signing, data privacy). - Ability to translate security concepts into reusable implementation patterns and documentation. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and proof‑of‑concept development skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication, client liaison, and team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum 4‑5 years of ServiceNow development experience with focus on security/cryptography. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; module‑specific Vault certifications considered an asset. - Ability to secure and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status (Protected).
