ServiceNow Vault Developer

The Senior ServiceNow Vault Developer will support the design, development, and validation of implementation patterns and proofs of concept (POCs) for ServiceNow Vault capabilities.

Required Expertise

The Senior ServiceNow Vault Developer will bring deep, hands-on expertise in defining implementation patterns, building proofs of concept, and providing best-practice guidance for the adoption of ServiceNow Vault capabilities within a large-scale, complex ServiceNow environment. The consultant’s efforts will concentrate on the following core capability areas:

Field-Level Encryption (FLE)
Zero Trust Adaptive Access and Continuous Authentication
Code Signing
Data Privacy and Anonymization

The overall objective is to produce reusable, scalable implementation patterns and supporting documentation that can be leveraged across multiple ServiceNow product lines (including, but not limited to, ITSM, HRSD, WSD, Security Operations, and custom-built applications), with clear guidance for variations across different implementation scenarios.

Scope of Activities and Deliverables

The following activities and deliverables will be completed across multiple initiatives. The resource will operate as part of integrated project teams to support successful outcomes. Activities specific to the ServiceNow Vault delivery role are detailed below.

1. Discovery and Assessment

2. Proof of Concept (POC) Design and Development

3. Implementation Pattern Documentation and Guidance

4. Knowledge Transfer and Final Deliverables

Additional Responsibilities

Apply ServiceNow platform best practices and adhere to established platform standards and approved development methodologies to deliver optimal solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a customer-facing delivery model.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status (Protected) which requires that candidates have resided in Canada for 10 years.

Ottawa / National Capital Region preferred, with a hybrid work model

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module-specific) are considered an asset.
