Job Description

**Job title:** Software Test Engineer **Role Summary:** Conduct verification and validation of embedded C software for regulated products, develop Python-based test automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. **Expectations:** Deliver accurate, traceable test documentation; maintain high quality of automated test scripts; collaborate with engineering teams to resolve integration issues; meet all regulatory and quality requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review regulated system and software requirements and create corresponding test procedures. - Design, execute, and document verification and validation tests for embedded C code. - Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools to automate test execution and data analysis. - Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to identify, isolate, and resolve software and hardware integration issues. - Ensure all testing activities satisfy applicable regulatory, quality, and documentation standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python for test automation and data validation. - Hands‑on experience testing embedded C code. - Ability to review regulated requirements and develop aligned test plans. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Effective communication for cross‑team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience in a regulated industry such as Medical Devices or Aerospace/Defense.
