Job Description: **Job Title** Production Assistant (Screen Printing Shop) **Role Summary** Support day‑to‑day operations in a screen printing shop, ensuring production runs smoothly, maintaining quality control, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. **Expectations** - Work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM - Be consistently reliable and punctual - Follow job instructions and details precisely - Work on feet, lift and move boxes of garments - Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with customers - Possess a positive, team‑oriented attitude **Key Responsibilities** - Capture and stack garments as they exit the dryer. - Perform quality control checks on prints for accuracy and consistency. - Stage and lay out jobs for production. - Box and organize completed orders. - Clean screens, squeegees, tools, and maintain a tidy workspace. - Assist the automatic press operator. - Learn screen exposure and job preparation techniques. - (Optional) Receive training in manual screen printing and other shop skills. **Required Skills** - Reliability and punctuality. - Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. - Physical stamina for standing and lifting. - Ability to read and interpret job instructions, counts, and sizes accurately. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent. - No specific certifications required.
