Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Production Assistant, located in Bristol, PA. The Production Assistant will support day-to-day operations in the screen printing shop, including assisting with production processes, maintaining quality control, preparing materials, and ensuring shop equipment is clean and organized. The role requires collaboration with team members and occasional direct interaction with customers to fulfill orders and address inquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Catching and stacking garments as they come off the dryer

Quality control — checking prints for accuracy and consistency

Helping stage and lay out jobs for production

Boxing and organizing completed orders

Cleaning screens, squeegees, tools, and maintaining a clean workspace

Assisting our automatic press operator

Learning how to expose screens and prepare jobs for print

(Optional growth) Training in manual screen printing and other shop skills

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and ready to work consistently Monday–Friday (8:30–5:00)

Able to stay organized and follow job details closely

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting boxes of shirts

Able to read job instructions and numbers accurately (color counts, sizes, etc.)

Team-oriented, positive attitude, and good communication

Reliable transportation to and from work

Benefits:

Starting at $16/hr (based on experience)
