Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Lead outbound prospecting and qualification of subscription‑based mobile and web apps, scheduling discovery meetings and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Expectations: Drive a robust outbound pipeline, consistently set discovery calls, and collaborate with sales to convert leads into pipeline opportunities. Achieve set lead-generation metrics and contribute to early-stage revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Research and segment target apps and brands with subscription or churn‑prone models. - Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone; follow up to secure demos. - Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and articulate Encore’s value proposition. - Partner with sales leadership to identify and nurture opportunities from inbound and outbound leads. - Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and report progress to the Head of Business Development. Required Skills: - Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in mobile, SaaS, or subscription markets. - Strong outbound selling, persuasive communication, and negotiating skills. - Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and ability to work independently or collaboratively. - Familiarity with sales tactics and willingness to learn new tools and processes. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required, though knowledge of sales enablement tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
