**Job Title**
Senior DevOps SRE Specialist
**Role Summary**
Drive reliability, performance, and automation of the Digital and Data Service platform. Deliver end‑to‑end SRE functions, enforce CI/CD best practices, and support developers across the Americas.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years in DevOps, software development, or infrastructure automation.
- Proven autonomy with strong incident ownership, meeting SLA targets.
- Effective communication in English and French; cross‑regional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset, problem‑solving under high availability demands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain stability and availability of software factory tools, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Operate and monitor services under a Follow‑The‑Sun model, following security and risk policies.
- Advise developers on CI/CD processes, tooling (Jenkins, Git, Jira, Nexus, Sonar, XLDeploy).
- Design, build, and maintain POCs, automate repetitive tasks via scripts or chatbots.
- Define monitoring KPIs, SLOs/SLAs, and track application performance.
- Author internal documentation, procedures, and propagate best practices.
- Act as the regional CI/CD subject‑matter expert for the Americas, providing technical guidance.
**Required Skills**
- Linux administration & Bash scripting.
- Python programming.
- Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipeline orchestration.
- Monitoring tools (prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Incident management, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English & French.
**Nice‑to‑Have Skills**
- Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Maven, MSBuild, npm, GitHub Actions.
- TeamCity, XLDeploy, Nexus, Artifactory, Sonar, PowerShell.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
