Job Title: Director of Creative Marketing
Role Summary:
Lead the creative strategy and execution for a healthcare organization, building brand identity, driving patient acquisition, and overseeing a multidisciplinary creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive creative marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and support patient acquisition.
2. Lead, coach, and grow a cross‑functional team (design, copywriting, multimedia production).
3. Define and guard the brand’s visual identity, voice, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
4. Plan, execute, and oversee integrated creative campaigns including digital, content, advertising, and collateral.
5. Build scalable systems for content creation, asset management, and quality control.
6. Partner with marketing, sales, clinical, operations, and executive teams to ensure creative alignment with broader objectives.
7. Monitor industry trends, patient behavior, and competitive creative tactics to inform innovation.
8. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to produce employment‑branding content and support candidate marketing.
9. Track, analyze, and report on creative performance, brand sentiment, and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of senior creative leadership, preferably in healthcare or consumer services.
- Proven record of creating and executing high‑impact campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and multi‑media content creation (digital, print, video).
- Leadership, mentorship, and team‑building abilities.
- Knowledge of performance analytics related to creative initiatives.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employment branding and talent marketing is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or creative leadership are advantageous.
