Job Title: Associate Business Operations Analyst
Role Summary:
Provide day‑to‑day operational support across Commercial, Finance, Product, Professional Services, R&D, IT, and Operations. Manage contracts, sales orders, licensing, invoicing, data accuracy, and process improvements within NetSuite, ensuring seamless workflow and compliance.
Expectations:
- Minimum 1 year experience in business operations, finance support, or administration.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable training others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first‑line support for queries, approvals, and process management across business units.
- Create, update, and maintain contracts, sales orders, and projects in NetSuite.
- Review licence requests, verify billing status, and coordinate with Product for compatibility.
- Assist in invoice preparation, revenue recognition, and forecast updates.
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and project data; uphold audit and compliance standards.
- Train team members on NetSuite processes and support automation initiatives.
- Identify and implement workflow efficiencies and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year in business operations, finance support, or administration.
- Experience with contracts, invoicing, or licensing processes.
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira (desirable).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative problem solving.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to train others.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
