**Job Title** Technical Recruiter (Levels I-III) **Role Summary** Manage full-life-cycle recruitment for technical roles in defense, aerospace, or federal sectors, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates with security clearances. Build relationships with leadership and program teams to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. **Expactations** - **Level I**: 0–4 years technical recruiting experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent; basic Boolean search and sourcing tool proficiency. - **Level II**: 3–6 years technical recruiting experience; proficiency in sourcing platforms and DoD clearance processes. - **Level III**: 8–12 years in technical recruiting (defense/aerospace preferred); advanced sourcing strategies and market intelligence; leadership in complex requisitions. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation. - Partner with leaders to define job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. - Maintain pipelines of cleared candidates (software, systems, cybersecurity, IT). - Utilize AI sourcing platforms, Boolean search, and networking for active/passive candidate identification. - Coordinate interview logistics and reference checks. - Track candidates via ATS, ensuring compliance and clear communication. - Attend career fairs and contribute to employer branding initiatives. - Support process improvements and weekly reporting. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Boolean search, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools. - Understanding of DoD terminology, security clearances, and federal compliance. - Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilities. - Organization and multitasking under fast-paced demands. - Professional communication and discretion. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - No certifications required.
